Instagram like Logo solely made by a kids Spirograph and able to enter the circle
Pure serendipity. A child’s spirograph draws the outline of a symbol that has come to dominate visual culture: the Instagram logo. But here, it is composed only of circular, mechanical paths — imprecise yet methodical — until it fits perfectly within another circle. A square forced into the round.
At the periphery, the faint shadow of a smartphone holding the scene reminds us of the omnipresence of the device itself — always framing, always watching. What was once a toy becomes a trap, and what was once a platform for expression now rotates in a closed loop of self-representation.
The drawing questions the childish seduction of social media, the normalization of surveillance, and the reduction of identity into a simplified geometry.
